Biography
Dr. Schaffer has been working in security research and testing throughout his 45-year career. For over 15 years Dr. Schaffer has been involved with security testing, the development of standards, and the CMVP transition from FIPS 140-2 to the ISO/IEC 19790 based FIPS 140-3.
